The Interviewer is a key piece of Formidable’s team. You are at the frontlines of understanding our candidates: who they are, what motivates them, and where they want to go in their career. This is a part-time position that is designed for maximum flexibility. You can do this job from anywhere, as long as you have a fast internet connection.
You love people, stories, and details. While any curious person with attention to detail can do this job, it may be an especially good fit for someone with a journalism or writing background.
